7:15-7:45am - Head Judge Meeting/Registration for Set up Volunteers /Set up Comp @ Grand Traverse Commons
12:30 – 1:30pm – Volunteer Registration (mandatory for Friday event volunteers)
2:00 – 4:00pm - Belayed Speed Climb
4:00 – 5:30pm – Climber Walk thru (mandatory)
4:00 – 5:30pm – Volunteer Registration for Saturday events
6:00 – 7:00pm - Climber and Volunteer Recognition Dinner
Saturday, September 26 @ the Village at Grand Traverse Commons
6:15am – MTCC Committee Report to the Great Lawn for set up
6:45am – CLIMBER AND VOLUNTEER Breakfast/CLIMBERS report to the Great Lawn with gear
7:30am – Event begins
12:00pm – Lunch distributed
3:30 – 6:00pm – Master’s Challenge
6:15pm – Awards
7:00pm – Final Tear down* by ALL VOLUNTEERS
*tear down of preliminary events will occur once event is finished, general event tear down will occur during the break between the preliminary events and Master’s Challenge.
