MTCC Volunteer Registration
Registration is Free and includes: volunteer shirt, dinner on Friday, September 13, breakfast, lunch and snacks on event day. In addition, those volunteers qualified to set up the event on Friday, September 13 will receive breakfast and lunch as well. We will notify you of your position.
Register now and tell us what your volunteer position preference is.
The 2019 event will be a 1.5 day format with registration, gear check and the Ascent event beginning in the afternoon on Friday, September 13. Ascent event volunteers will need to be available on Friday, September 13.
- Volunteer shirts are Kelly green with royal blue and silver print.
- Ladies shirts are fitted V-necks so up-sizing is probably best unless you have a slim figure.
- Men's shirts are crew necks and fit true to size.
Refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail no later than 7 days prior to the start of an event to receive a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Refund requests received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event will not be accepted.
Event registration serves as a contract between the registrant and ASM. Payment for event registration is the responsibility of the registrant. The registrant agrees to these terms and the contract becomes active upon ASM receiving the completed registration via email or mail.

3 ISA CEU’s are available to judges who sign the ISA CEU form at the event.
