After paying for your ASM membership, you will receive website login information which you can use to access the event registration page with the member rate.
Single Registration includes: competition shirt, ITCC rule book, snacks and dinner on Friday, September 13, breakfast, lunch and snacks on event day. Optional extra meals for family members is available for purchase for both Friday dinner and Saturday meals.
Climber Competitor+ Family option
This registration fee includes all the benefits of the Single Climber Competitor AND comes with 3 additional wristbands to get 3 family members into the Food tent for snacks, beverages and lunch on Saturday, September 14 at the event!

Refund requests for event registration fees must be submitted in writing via email or mail no later than 7 days prior to the start of an event to receive a refund. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Refund requests received less than 7 days prior to the start of the event will not be accepted.
Event registration serves as a contract between the registrant and ASM. Payment for event registration is the responsibility of the registrant. The registrant agrees to these terms and the contract becomes active upon ASM receiving the completed registration via email or mail.
Cancellation Policy for Climbers
If you have to cancel your registration after August 1, 2019, your fee will only be refunded if another climber on the waitlist can take your position; otherwise your fee will be deferred to the 2020 event .
Registration is Free and includes: volunteer shirt, dinner on Friday, September 13, breakfast, lunch and snacks on event day. In addition, those volunteers qualified to set up the event on Friday, September 13 will receive breakfast and lunch as well. We will notify you of your position.
Registration will be open on June 1.
3 ISA CEU’s are available to climbers & judges who sign the ISA CEU form at the event.
Having Fun in Traverse City
Reservations must be made by August 12, 2019 to receive a reduced room rate of $109.00 per night, standard room, king, or double beds, plus a reduced resort fee of $12.95.
