EVENT POLICY UPDATES
Event Payment Policy - Payment must be made at the time of your online registration. If you are paying for several employees, or need to pay by check, please call the ISA Michigan Office at 517-337-4999 or email Annie Kruise for assistance.
Event Code of Conduct Policy - Each registrant will be asked to 'accept' the Event Code of Conduct to complete their registration.

Cancellation Policy:
The registration form serves as a contract between the conference registrant and ISA Michigan. Payment for the services provided by ISA Michigan is the responsibility of the conference registrant. Payment in full will remain due if the registrant is absent or cancels after the deadline date. Conference registrant agrees to these terms and the contract becomes active upon ISA Michigan receiving the completed registration.
