I draft this holiday message with warm regards to all of you this holiday season. 

This past year has been challenging for many of us.  As 2010 approaches, the ASM staff and board hope we all have the ability to grow professionally and educationally in the New Year.  As I have written to you all before, take stock in yourself and your staff, to maximize your education and grow through all ASM has to offer.  Our Association is member based, and we want you to succeed!

This will be my last correspondence with you as your President.  On January 1^st, Scott Ouellette of Owen Tree Service will assume the presidency.  Scott has many years of experience in our industry, and it is my hope that you all will support him, as you have me, through his term as our leader.  I would like to thank the entire membership, and the Board, for their support these past 2 years.  My hope is that our efforts at the Executive and Board levels proved to be positive.
